We had originally planned to have wooden flooring laid in our front room. We were then going to have the whole of the upstairs of our house carpeted, however after seeing the job Alex did of our living room, we decided to have him back to lay wooden flooring throughout and we are so glad that we did. It looks incredible!

Alex visited twice prior to installing my new oak wooden floor, once to quote and secondly to find the closest match to my existing floor with samples selected. His preferred supplier couldn’t source the match in a timely manner and so Alex went to great lengths to source from another supplier. Additionally Alex refunded me the difference in the deposit paid for the cost of materials that were not required on the job.
Professional, precise and honest are words that best describe how he conducts his business. We are more than happy with the end product and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
